Frequently Asked Questions
No. We run CTA Immersion both 1:1 and in a group setting. Organisations often sponsor multiple CTA candidates over 2–3 years, with embedded reviews, progress reporting, and executive communications built in.
Not necessarily, but they are a strong on-ramp. After your readiness assessment, Doina will recommend the best starting point. You can also combine CTA Immersion with additional Mock Sessions or Deep Dives at any stage of your preparation.
The key difference is that Doina is an active Review Board Judge — not someone who passed the board years ago. Her knowledge of current board expectations, evaluation criteria, and common failure modes is direct, not secondhand.
