Salesforce Mastery · Led by an Active Review Board Judge

The CTA Review Board
is not an exam.
It is a performance.

Five hours. Very complex requirements. No documentation. No colleagues. A panel of senior judges watching how you think, structure, defend, and lead under real pressure. Many candidates prepare just technically. Very few arrive board ready.

What the Board Actually Tests
"Most candidates fail not because they don't know Salesforce.
They fail because they can't lead the room."

The Certified Technical Architect credential is the highest in the Salesforce ecosystem. But the Review Board is not testing your Trailhead badges or certification count. It is testing whether you can perform like a senior leader in a high-stakes, ambiguous, time-pressured environment.

Salesforce itself identifies five dimensions that determine success. Most preparation programs address the first two. InnoTrue prepares you for all five — because the ones marked below are where candidates most often fall short.

01
Deep & broad technical knowledge
Domain mastery across architecture, data, identity, integration, security. The table stakes — necessary but not sufficient.
02
Varied hands-on experience
Complex real-world delivery across enterprise environments. Cannot be simulated — only supplemented with scenario practice.
03
Consulting & governance skills
Structuring ambiguity, designing under constraints, defending trade-offs. This is where technically strong candidates start to diverge.
Often the gap
04
Soft skills & presentation mastery
Communication under pressure, executive presence, reading the panel, structuring a narrative in real time. This is where most candidates lose the board.
Most common failure point
05
Architecture mindset & judgment
The ability to make defensible decisions with incomplete information, then hold your position under expert challenge. Not taught anywhere else.
Often the gap
What we develop

The InnoTrue Architect Competency Framework

We prepare you across six dimensions — architect mindset, deep and broad knowledge, executive presence, confidence and resilience, decision making, and customer focus — so you meet what the board tests and build the leadership that follows.

InnoTrue Architect Competency Framework — six competencies around a central core: Architect Mindset, Deep & Broad Knowledge, Executive Presence, Confidence & Resilience, Decision Making, Customer Focus
What Shifts

From technically strong
to board ready.

Preparation with InnoTrue changes not just what you know — it changes how you think, how you structure under pressure, and how you command a room of senior judges.

🔴
Before
You know the right answer, but struggle to structure and defend it under challenge from a senior panel
Your presentations are technically thorough but lack the narrative clarity that earns stakeholder trust
Ambiguous requirements create anxiety — you are not sure how to prioritise when information is incomplete
You underestimate what the board actually looks for — your preparation is based on guesswork or secondhand accounts
You do not know how your presence, body language, and communication style read to a panel of expert judges
InnoTrue Immersion
🔵
After
You defend every architectural decision with clear trade-offs and business reasoning — confident under expert challenge
You structure and present complex solutions with authority — a narrative that works for both technical judges and business stakeholders
Ambiguity becomes an asset — you have a proven framework for structuring uncertain requirements into defensible designs
You know exactly what the board looks for — because your coach judges it, and has shared what actually separates pass from fail
Your executive presence is calibrated — you know how you land with a senior panel, and how to adjust in the room
"
The board does not only want to see that you know Salesforce. It wants to see solid architecture judgement, and how you lead a room of experts, while designing under pressure.

Why InnoTrue is different
Not theory. Not frameworks. Lived experience.

She has been where you
are trying to go.

Most CTA coaches teach the credential. Doina has lived the career trajectory that follows it — from Senior Architect to CTO and CIO at two of the world's largest organisations, leading global distributed teams of 250+ people across complex, high-stakes enterprise programs.

If your ambition is not just to pass the board but to grow into a senior technical leadership role — Principal Architect, VP Engineering, CTO — the coaching you receive at InnoTrue is informed by someone who has navigated exactly that path. Not as a case study. As a career.

Is this for you?

This program is designed
for a specific kind of candidate.

This is for you if…
  • Senior or Principal Architect with delivery experience on complex, multi-cloud enterprise projects
  • You hold Application Architect and System Architect credentials, or are close
  • You have done client-facing work — discovery, pre-sales, workshops — not just implementation
  • Serious about the CTA and willing to invest time in structured, intensive preparation
  • You want to know what the board looks for — from someone who sits on it — and close gaps systematically
  • You want the leadership depth that separates architects who pass from those who do not
  • Ambition beyond the credential — you want senior technical leadership, coached by someone who has held CTO/CIO roles
This is not yet for you if…
  • Administrator, Junior Consultant, or early-career — Deep Dives are a better starting point
  • You have not yet completed Application or System Architect credentials
  • Limited client-facing experience; not yet leading architecture conversations
  • Looking for video self-study — this program requires active commitment between sessions
  • Need to pass in the next 4 weeks — realistic preparation takes time

CTA Immersion might not be your fit yet — but we have others that could be. Deep Dives are built for earlier-career architects and technical depth; Coaching & Leadership for the leadership and executive-presence side. Not sure which path? A Clarity Session gives you an honest read and the right next step.

Your Preparation Journey

Three phases.
One outcome: board ready.

No need to rush — but we will establish an accountability system tailored to your timeline, context, and commitments. Life happens. The preparation adapts.

1
Phase 01 · 2–4 weeks
Foundations
Honest baseline · Personalised plan
Know exactly where you stand.
We start with a rigorous GAP analysis — not just a self-assessment questionnaire, but a structured 1:1 evaluation of your technical depth, delivery experience, consulting skills, and presentation readiness. You will build a study plan focused around your specific gaps.
  • Personal readiness assessment across all CTA dimensions
  • Customised study plan and preparation schedule
  • Clarity on your strongest domains and highest-risk gaps
  • Accountability framework aligned to your life and commitments
2
Phase 02 · 2–4 months
Preparation
Technical depth · Leadership integration
Build what the board actually tests.
Structured training sessions deepen your architectural knowledge across priority domains. Simultaneously, coaching elements develop your consulting skills, judgment under ambiguity, and executive presence. You practice the InnoTrue scenario method — structured, repeatable, and calibrated to board-level expectations.
  • Technical sessions on your highest-risk architectural domains
  • Coaching on communication, structuring, and decision confidence
  • Scenario practice using the InnoTrue Community and proprietary scenario library — including long, board-like scenarios
  • Check-in sessions to monitor progress and adjust the plan
3
Phase 03 · 6–12+ months
Board Ready
Mock boards · Readiness gates · Final sprint
Perform under real board conditions.
Realistic Review Board simulations — full format, timed, with judge-level feedback on your presentation, decision quality, and panel management. Readiness gates ensure you progress when the evidence supports it, not just when time has passed. A final pre-board review locks in your approach before the real session.
  • Full Review Board mock sessions with active judge feedback
  • Readiness gate assessments — go when you are ready, not by calendar
  • Presentation refinement: structure, narrative, body language, Q&A
  • Final 30-minute review immediately before your board date
Choose Your Path

The right program
depends on where you are.

Every candidate starts with a readiness assessment. The package you choose should match your preparation timeline and the gaps you need to close — not the most sessions. Doina will advise you on the right starting point.

Beyond the credential

The CTA is the beginning,
not the destination.

Many CTA candidates discover during preparation that the real challenge ahead isn't just passing the board — it's making the transition from technical expert to technology leader. The depth of work you do in CTA Immersion often reveals leadership gaps that the credential alone won't close.

That's why InnoTrue's coaching and leadership programs exist alongside the technical work — because Doina coaches both sides of the transition. CTA candidates who want to continue growing naturally move into the Breakthrough Accelerator.

What candidates say
"

The program made the preparation path very clear and expectations for the Review Board were very well set. The insight into how the board actually evaluates — from someone who judges it — was exactly what I needed. I couldn't have got that anywhere else.

CTA Immersion Graduate
Senior Salesforce Architect
"

Doina was incredibly knowledgeable. Her coaching not only helped me elevate my architecture skills, but also helped me believe more in my own ability to thrive in challenging environments. The preparation went well beyond what I expected from a technical training program.

CTA Immersion Graduate
Principal Architect
"

What distinguished this from other preparation options was the combination of real judge perspective with genuine coaching on the leadership dimension. Those two things together changed how I show up in any high-stakes room — not just the Review Board.
