A Discovery Session is a free 30-minute scoping conversation — a no-obligation read on where you are and the most useful next step. A Clarity Session is a paid 60-minute working session — diagnose where you are, name what is in the way, and design the path forward. The Clarity Session fee credits in full to any program you join.
Momentum is a quarterly 1:1 engagement: six 60-minute sessions across three months, paid upfront or in three monthly installments. The agenda flexes within the engagement — you don't follow a curriculum, you bring what most needs an experienced executive thinking with you. Cadence is your coach's call, not a metronome.
At the end of each quarter you choose: continue at full cadence (another six-session quarter), step down to a lighter monthly engagement (three sessions across three months), or pause and re-engage when the work calls for it. Always packaged — never sold by the hour.
Earned My Seat is a structured nine-month cohort program for women in tech leadership — you join a small group of women navigating a similar arc and walk a defined path together. Momentum is 1:1, flexible, and gender-neutral. Both are run by Doina; the choice is between cohort-and-structure or solo-and-emergent.
No — all assessments are optional. Recommended where they'll meaningfully accelerate outcomes, particularly Hogan for leaders in significant transitions. Never labels, always insight in service of your development.
